We will give you names of all contractors. The basement has a huge laundry room that is bright and clean and has heat/air conditioning. The smaller bathroom with a shower is in the basement, plus a large family room too. That entire lower level is like a blank canvas with heat/air/electrical/lighting/dual-pane windows and high ceilings, just waiting for you to make it yours and make it ''finished'' so you can enjoy increased finished square footage which helps your home appreciate faster. The house is set up with gas and electric, but all appliances are currently electric except for the range in the kitchen. You could easily make this an all-electric home if you choose because we had the electrician run 220V wiring to the stove area of the kitchen and to the laundry room in case you want an electric dryer in there too. *the property owner is an agent*
